Itinerary

• 6:30 AM: Start the journey

  You will be picked up from a hotel in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida and delivered to the train station. You will be given E-tickets via email or by our driver once you reach Nizamuddin Railway Station to board the express train for Agra. At 8:00 am, the train will leave the station and our Taj Mahal tour by Gatimaan Express begins.

• 10:30 AM: Reach the Agra Cantt and visit the Taj Mahal

  When you arrive at the main exit entrance of Agra Cantt Railway Station (AGC), our driver or team member will meet you. After a warm welcome, board your private car.

• 01:00 PM: Visit the Agra Fort

  Go to the impressive Agra Fort. (A Unesco World Heritage Site), Emperor Akbar constructed this massive fort out of red granite in 1565 AD. This opulent structure showcase an intriguing fusion of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. The Mughal Empire's history is echoed in the fort's fascinating network of courtyards, mosques, and private rooms.

• 02:30 PM: Lunch Break

  After the amazing travel tour of the fort is finished, head towards an air-conditioned, multi-cuisine dining establishment for lunch, where you can taste a variety of the city's flavours.

• 04:00 PM: Heading to the local markets

  Agra, renowned for its exquisite handicrafts made of soft stone and marble inlay work, is a great place to go shopping. Our Taj Mahal train tour by Gatimaan will be incomplete without visiting the Muglai markets. The Mughals had a strong interest in fine art and craftsmanship. Empress Nur Jahan was a skilled artist and was interested in zari embroidery work. Along with inlay work, leatherware, brassware, carpets, jewellery, and needlework are some of Agra's other notable handicrafts and its distinctive culture.

• 05:30 PM: Back to Agra Cantt

  After a beautiful day of exploring Agra, go to Agra Railway Station, where our agent will assist you in boarding the train that will take you back to Delhi. Onboard meals will be provided to you.

• 08:00 PM: Delhi, Nizamuddin Railway station

  The train will reach H. Nizamuddin Railway Station, where our agent/driver will be waiting for you to board the vehicle and take you to your hotel. And here, your Taj Mahal tour by Gatimaan Express ends.
