It was wonderful experience with kailash yatra aerial view in the morning without clouds, with clear sky. While seeing the mountain goosebumps and literal tears happens to most of d people. Once in lifetime and god allows us to see. Many people has not seen and the god not give d clearance to them.

Kailash Manasarover YATRA was well planned, nicely arranged and implemented.
We had no necessity for asking any thing from the team, as precise guidelines were forwarded well in advance.
The briefing session by the CEO Mr. VISHAL GOGAI was precise to the point and very apt.
All the members of the team line Ms. SAKSHI , Mr. DEPESH VERMA and all the supporting staff , whose names not known, were very helpful and very courteous.

I am a completely wheelchair-bound person, and this was clearly communicated multiple times and confirmed repeatedly with the coordinator before the trip. I specifically requested a suitable vehicle for easy transfers, which was also confirmed. However, on arrival, a different and unsuitable vehicle was provided. For a wheelchair user, this is not a small issue—it makes a huge difference and shows poor planning.
The coordination throughout the trip was very poor. There was visible chaos, people yelling, and no clear organization at many points. No one proactively checked on guest comfort or room services.
I had requested an accessible room, which was technically provided, but there was no shower chair. How is a wheelchair user expected to bathe without one? This is basic accessibility. The accommodation was promoted as five-star, but the reality did not match that claim.
Hot water was also a problem—only lukewarm water, not proper hot water.
The handling of wheelchair boarding and transfers to the flight was extremely unprofessional. I was dragged by four people without coordination, which felt unsafe and was honestly a nightmare experience. There seemed to be no standard procedure or training for assisting wheelchair passengers.
Even the seating arrangement on the flight was poorly managed. No planning, no clarity.
The drivers were another major concern. They had very little information, very poor coordination, and were clearly not taken care of. Drivers were not even provided proper food or water. Our driver did not bathe for three days—this speaks volumes about how staff welfare is handled. He himself said this would be his first and last trip.
The marketing and videos look very good and are clearly done for photo opportunities, but ground reality is very different. Please do not rely only on video reviews.

This trip may work for able-bodied travelers, but it is not wheelchair-friendly, despite repeated assurances. Accessibility, coordination, staff training, and basic hospitality standards need great improvement. Accessibility is not an add-on—it is a responsibility.

I have participated in the 3 days Arial view of Manasarovar and Kailash Mountain tour arranged by Max Holidays, from 14.02.26 to 16.06.26. We had good Arial view of Manasarovar and Mount Kailash on 15.02.26, Sivarathri day. I am extremely satisfied with the arrangements made by Max Holidays for this tour. Accommodation, food and transportation are excellent. Staff are very friendly and we enjoyed our tour.

The tour is for Pilgrimage and spiritual.
Naked eye visual feeling is a must.
Only window seat allotted person can view and take photography during the trip. Non-window seat allotted person cannot view as it is kept blocked by the window seat payment. This anomaly is to be resolved by the Max Holidays. Other wise Non-window seat allotted person cannot fulfil the objective of the trip organised by Max Holidays. This could be treated as deficiency in rendering services.
By reducing the price of the non-window seat you cannot lure person where the main objective of the pilgrimage tour remains unfulfilled.
So, to resolve the issue you must keep equal tariff with equal viewing facility.
Make provision of window seats only. Distribute in groups/ batches. Or.
Rotate and shift passengers from non-window to window during the aerial view which should be strict policy for the same so that none should get deprived of the organised tour.
Hope Max Holidays would think and would do needful for the same.
To stop pilferage of the committed associated gifts , you better deliver the same in the respective rooms allotted with traveler names and take sign on the enlisted paper to keep an account that everyone has been delivered.
Alike Rudraksh bead chain, it would be highly appreciated if souvenir ( magnetic) of mount Kailash and Mansarovar lake could be arranged with your logo. You can club Shree Airlines too in that.

**Note: For restricted mobility traveler : wheelchair ( one no.) is available in the nice hotel and more in airport. While crossing Nepal border check post all is to get down and to carry luggage for screening. Foldable trolley may help or trolley bag to carry luggage. Passage is stony not a plane one and very bad. Aadhar card original or digital soft copy in mobile enough. Porter assistance should be made available by Max Holidays being the Tour organizer for the limited mobility traveler.

Our Aerial Darshan of Kailash Mansarovar was very mesmerizing and left us totally committed to visit again closely. Max Holidays has indeed taken all care to ensure safe and comfortable travel. From pickup in Lucknow to drop in Nepalganj hotel it was very smooth. Hotel Soaltee, in Nepalganj was excellent as regards stay, food and ambience. Special thanks to Deepesh and Sakshi who took deep interest in every aspect and ensured a wonderful trip to the entire group of more than sixty pilgrims, predominantly with senior citizen participants.
I and my husband extended our yatra to visit Kathmandu. Max group arranged our stay with Hyatt Centric and also arranged visits to Pashupatnath temple, Sleeping Vishnu, Guhyeshwari Shaktipeeth and Buddha Stupa. The pure veg food served too was good and homely.
We are looking forward to more such trips with Max Holidays.

Radhe Radhe! Came home yesterday from my kailash trip and from food to accomodation, everything was brilliant. Although we encountered rain while trekking, so i'd advice anyone planning to consider the timeline from april to july beginning. This is also the time where chances of witnessing golden kailash are the highest. Would like to thank nimisha for putting every detail on the table prior to our trip and guiding through everything in advance. Definitely gonna recommend these guys to family and friends

I had this lovely opportunity to visit Kailash Mansarovar in July, holy Shravan month. Big thanks to Max holidays, and Nimisha for organizing this tour. It is not a luxury trip, but a journey of surrender, faith, love and trust in the entire process, challenges and tests you go through. With all the uncertainities around permit, visa approvals, weather conditions, flight reschedules, low oxygen levels, very modest living conditions, there was so much of if's and but's in mind, but trust Mahadev, and everything would be taken care of. I had my lifetime experience when I completed this Pradakshina, to be honest, all worth it.
Porters, Cooks, Guides at Nepal, Tibet side were kind and supportive throughout journey. I consider them equally responsible for successful journey.
My only suggestions for Max Holidays, that can help enhance their services further (not sure how much of it would be feasible due to high uncertainities around multiple aspects in this journey and tough situations around visa, permits, weather conditions, etc.)
1) Reducing size of batches (we were 72 people in our group)
2) Creating separate batches/ groups for big family travellers vs solo travellers for effective and smooth operation and management in Nepal, Tibet (China) side.
3) Having one Max representative throughout the journey along to manage travellers queues for internal flights, handling tickets/passports, room allocations, concerns/queries all along to ensure fair practice for all travellers, accountability and responsibility of the entire journey.
4) Not charging extra for full moon trips when there is high uncertainity of travellers not reaching by that time

It was such a wonderful spiritual experience , a soulful journey and divine grace and the forms that the Mahadev revealed from the Kailash is unexplainable. And during this trip was overwhelmed to connect so instantaneously with like minded pure souls .
