This tour was a very good and a brief introduction to the people about culture and civilisations of South India. The trip was well organised and everything went very smoothly with no flaws. Our hotels were so comfortable; coaches were of latest models with seat belts equipped. The driver was really good, driving skills were nice and kept all of us safe. The highlight of the trip was travelling on backwater houseboat of Kerala at Alleppey, a walk through the Spice Plantation seeing the spices grow, the temples of Madurai, shore temple of Mahabalipuram, etc. I took an option for Salt factory visit as I wanted to see how salt is made. The salt factory was situated on the way to Mahabalipuram from Pondicherry. There was lot more if I come writing down everything my word will get less to express about South India. The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful throughout. The trip was busy but hugely interesting and enjoyable. The arrangements made by max were outstanding. Thanks for a fabulous and a memorable trip.

It was extremely an interesting trip and we go to know much about South India. Our tour guide briefed everything very well to make the experience memorable. I loved the tea plantations, driving along the coconut palm trees, enjoyed watching elephants bathing in the water, the exceptional temple which you won’t find in any other part of the country. I loved watching various animals along the Periyar lake, the spice gardens, enjoyed the Hatha Yoga – I found this practise very interesting it was about balancing the mind, body and soul, a ride though the backwater was outstanding. All in all an enjoyable experience which will stay with us forever. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and tried to give maximum possible details, so that we get to know more about their culture and people. He always had few surprises to make out journey interesting. First time I have observed in South India fist is considered as veg. People very simple, descent and were firm about following their customs and traditions. I wanted to spend more time. Thank you max for making such a program and managing all the things very nicely

I would really suggest everyone to book tour with Max Holidays. It was my dream to travel to South India, but it was not clear which destinations to travel but then i passed through an itinerary at max holiday’s website. Firstly i was scared to book the trip as it is genuine company or not, later i decided not to think too much and take risk to travel in group. Once i board the flight for Bangalore there was proper assistance at the Airport. I travelled with my mother, we met are fellow group members also at airport. An AC vehicle was arranged for us throughout the trip. The guide gave us instructions to stay together where ever we go and took good care of us. We went to many places of south Hassan, Mysore, Ooty, Cochin but the best was the experience of Houseboat at Alleppey. It was great travelling in group me and my mother interacted with all of them. When it was time to leave India my heart filled out, we made good friends. I can never forget dancing on the bus. Everyone was sometimes dancing & singing on the way. Overall it was great trip. Thanks to Max Holidays!
