From here Shahjahan used to see Taj Mahal and remember his beloved wife Mumtaj.
The story then moves further as the guide takes you to another stunning monument of Itmad Ud Daulah. Also known to tourists as ‘Baby Taj’ or ‘Mini Taj’, the tomb of Itmad Ud Daulah was constructed in 1662 for Mirza Giyath Beg by his daughter Nur Jehan, 7 years after his death.
