Your 'Mesmerizing Kerala' tour starts from the port city of Cochin. After your arrival, spend a full day viewing the numerous beautiful tourist attractions of Cochin. Feast your eyes on the beauty of the Dutch Palace, Chinese Fishing Nets and the Jewish Synagogue among others. Proceed to Munnar for some more fun-filled sightseeing. Munnar is an extremely beautiful hill station. It is also the place where you can witness the entire process of tea making in tea farms and factory.

Next, drive to the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary where you can view a wide range of animal and bird species in their natural habitat. Herds of elephants in a playful mood is a major crowd-puller at Periyar. After an exciting boat safari, head for Kumarakom, one of the most popular backwater destinations in the state. Day 01 : Arrive Cochin

On arrival at Cochin Airport, you will be welcomed in Indian traditional style by Max Holidays representative and get assisted transfer to your pre-booked hotel for overnight stay at Cochin.

Day 02 : Cochin - Munnar

Morning after hearty breakfast, our guide will take you to a full day sightseeing tour of Cochin - the commercial centre of Kerala also known as the ‘God’s Own Country’. Start the tour by visiting Mattancherry also called Dutch Palace – built by Portuguese in 1555 and acquired the name Dutch after some extension and repair was made by Dutch, St. Francis Church – the oldest European church in India, constructed in 1503, Wellington Island – It is the artificial manmade island named after the British viceroy, Lord Wellington, Chinese Fishing nets, concept of fishing which is believed to be introduced by the Chinese explorer, when he came to India and Jewish Synagogue. After sightseeing, proceed to Munnar - located at 1600 m above sea level and known for their tea plantation. Arrive Munnar and get transfer to your designated hotel. Overnight is in Munnar.

Day 03 : Munnar Sightseeing

Morning after breakfast, enjoy the splendid sightseeing tour of Munnar. Enjoy the scenic beauty at marvellous location. It was once the summer palace of the Britishers government in South India. The people who are very much tired from the every day life and like to get some relax and calm atmosphere then this is the ideal palace for those. The temperature in Munnar is moderate throughout the year. Enjoy the sightseeing of Munnar with car on disposable by visiting Tata Tea Museum, Echo Point, Power house falls. Evening we return to your hotel for night stay at Munnar.

Remark: you can visit the tea farms and factory to view the process of tea making, you can also buy the fresh made tea for your family and can also learn tea making.

Day 04 : Munnar - Periyar

After having your breakfast, drive to Periyar nestled in spice and rubber plantations. Periyar is also known as pride of Kerala and testimony to nature's splendor, Periyar wildlife sanctuary comes under Project Tiger and has a lot to offer in terms of wildlife. Periyar is very ideal palace for watching animals in their natural habitat and is one of the most popular destinations for nature lovers. Check in to your resort having Tree House. Afternoon, get ready for your trip to cardamom hills where you could have a closer look of spice plantations. Overnight stay will be at Periyar.

Day 05 : Periyar – Kumarakom

Today morning you are now all set for sightseeing tour by motorboat to watch the wild life, see the elephants near the water bodies, where they will be bathing, playing or will be engaged in their own activities. Also visit Bison, Spotted deer, Gaur, if lucky you may also see Tigers. After breakfast drive to Kumarakom - Motherland of Backwaters. Visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Over night Kumarakom.

Day 06 : Kumarkaom – Alleppey by House Boat Cruise

After having your breakfast, embark the houseboat cruise to experience the lifetime memorable experience of Kerala backwaters. Your Houseboat cruises to Alleppey via Vembanadu Lake, Pathiramanal Island, Bird Sanctuary, R-block, Kainakari, Kuttanadu, and Punnamada Lake. Overnight aboard Houseboat.

Day 07 : Round trip in Kerala Backwater - Alleppey

Today after breakfast, spend your whole day at houseboat and you will never forget this experience. Overnight stay at Houseboat.

Day 08 : Alleppey – Cochin- Departure

Today after breakfast at hotel, drive back to Cochin. On arrival Cochin, get assisted transfer to Cochin International Airport from where board your flight back to home / for onward destination.

Hi Amit, it was so nice to receive your call in the morning and sorry that we did not inform you about our safe arrival back to home although you also sent us an email which I saw just now. Me and my friend Eva really had a great time in Kerala and all credit goes to you and your professionalism. You are great human being and also having lot of patience as we know that we are not so easy to handle as we asked you to make so many alteration then also you did it with so much patience. We are having some beautiful memories which we will definitely share with our family members as they also want make a visit to India especially to see Taj Mahal.
