Itinerary

  • Day 1 Arrive Delhi

When you arrive at the airport, you will be picked up by our well experienced driver then drive for check in at your pre-decided hotel. The best location to learn about the heart of India and its people is in Delhi, which is known for its diverse and vibrant cultures, history, monuments, and heritage. Soon we will start our tour of the Golden Triangle with Indian railways.

  • Day 2 Delhi to Jaipur (by morning train / duration : 5 hrs 16 mins)

Early in the morning, a driver will collect you from your hotel in New Delhi and take you to the train station, where you will board an exhilarating air-conditioned, high-speed train to the Pink City of Jaipur. You will undoubtedly have a once-in-a-lifetime encounter. You can understand this by visualizing the railway as a town on wheels carrying everything imaginable. The duration of the train from Delhi to Jaipur route is approximately 5 hrs.

On arrival Jaipur, check in at hotel. Take some rest then sightseeing of Amer Fort.

The former center of the medieval era is Amer fort, located 6.5 miles outside Jaipur, which we will visit today. Raja Man Singh began building the Amber fort in 1592 AD, and over the next nearly 200 years, it was enlarged by other kings.  The climb to the top of the hill, where the fort is situated, is a thrilling experience in and of itself.   When you finally arrive at the fort, you will be astounded by the magnificent sight that awaits you: gardens, marble castles, artwork, mirror work, murals, walls, carvings, and engravings.

You must stop by the Zenana courtyard while you are inside the fort. It is a separate women's house with one hallway but several rooms, created so that the Maharaja (King) could meet the wife of his choosing without the other wives noticing.

After touring the Amber Fort, we'll pause to take pictures at the floating palace, the Jal Mahal.

The remaining day is free for leisure. If you'd like, you can also explore some fascinating nearby locations, such as the Monkey Temple, which is an excellent spot to interact with amiable monkeys and is situated in the center of the Aravali Hills and a thick forest. .

Highlights : Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur

  • Day 3 A tour of Jaipur City

Morning after a delectable breakfast start your city trip at City Palace to experience the richness of one of India's wealthiest royal families, the Royal family of Jaipur. The building's style is a fusion of Mughal and Rajasthani design. The area is home to numerous exquisite buildings and venues. The Jaipur Royal family resides in the city palace, which also contains the Chandra Mahal, called the moon palace. You can see showcases of regal costumes and medieval Indian weapons at the Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum, one of the finest museums in India, which is part of the City Palace Complex. Two enormous silver containers, considered the largest silver objects ever discovered, can be found here. The Maharaj Sawai Jai Singh II Astronomical Observatory will be the next stop on the trip. A tool for computation is referred to as a "Jantar Mantar." The monument was constructed in 1716 and has 15 astronomical instrument complexes, one of which is still incomplete. Of these, 6 use solar light, and 11 use lunar and stellar reflection to operate.

Free time in the afternoon to go for some local block printing, stone carving, and artwork.

Highlights : Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur

  • Day 4 Jaipur to Agra (by Train / Duration: 4 hrs 22 mins)

Early in the morning, a representative from your hotel will collect you and take you to the train station, where you will board a comfortable, air-conditioned, high-speed train to Agra.  Breakfast will be served to you along the route, and the journey will take about 4 hours. Once you have reached Agra, the driver will take you to your lodging so that you can rest and unwind. The afternoon trip starts then.

Get a tour of the Agra Fort in the afternoon—one of the three key forts the Mughal emperors constructed. Agra benefitted greatly from its fame and importance. When it acted as their capital, this vast, enormous fort served as the permanent home of the Mughal Treasury.

Visit the Itmad-Ud-Dulah tomb as well. (Baby Taj)

The Tomb of Itmad-Ud-Dulah, also known as the Baby Taj, is one of the less popular monuments in Agra and receives little attention or advertising, but it is still well worth a visit. In 1622–1628, his daughter, queen Nur Jahan constructed Itmad-Ud-Dulah, a mausoleum for Mirza Ghiyas Beg.  This structure, though smaller than the Taj Mahal in terms of area, is recognized as the Taj Mahal's forerunner.

You'll be at Mehtabh Bagh as the sun sets to admire the Taj Mahal's spectacular setting on the other side of the river. The ornate 25-acre garden was initially intended to be a Moonlit amusement garden.

Highlights : The evening will be your leisure time

  • Day 5 Traveling Agra to Delhi (Afternoon train / duration: 2 hrs)

Experience the Taj Mahal sunrise excursion in the morning. The tomb of Mumtaz Mahal, the beloved fifth wife of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan and the wealthiest man in the world at the time, is the Taj Mahal. It is also known as the "icon of love." There are many architectural structures throughout the globe, but what sets this one apart from the rest is the love story that inspired this monument of love and grief. Have your breakfast in the hotel. Later in the afternoon transfer to Agra railway station to board train for Delhi. On arrival check in at hotel.

Highlights : Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi

  • Day 6 Sightseeing tour of Delhi and leaving for the airport

With an energizing breakfast, the morning starts. Your guide will wait at your hotel to show you the finest Old and New Delhi. The trip will begin in Old Delhi, where you will see the Jama Mosque, India's biggest mosque.

After that, we will ride a rickshaw (a "pedicab") through the 300-year-old Chandni Chowk bazaar to experience Old and New Delhi's ancient streets and Asia's biggest spice market. We continue to Raj Ghat, the monument to Mahatma Gandhi after the rickshaw journey is over. It is a serene location with lovely gardens.

Later, as we will travel to New Delhi or British Delhi, we will pass through the parliament building and Rashtrapati Bhavan, the president of India's official residence. Get a tour of the iconic India Gate as well, as a tribute to the 90,000 Indian soldiers who died in World War 1. The UNESCO world heritage landmark Qutub Minar will be our final stop for the day. Arrive at the airport in time for your next destination—unforgettable memories to end the golden tour triangle with Indian railways.

And here, our golden triangle with Indian railways comes to an end.

We 04 people went to visit Golden Triangle with Khajuraho this year. It was a remarkable trip with Max Team. The Khajuraho Temples clearly tell us a lot about India at ancient times. It was by far the most erotic temples i have ever visited. We were provided with good local guides who didn’t left even a thing unexplained, everything was explained deeply. Overall i would say due to Max i got to see a different India.
