As a small step in my initial business life, almost 20 years ago, Max Holidays was incorporated by me with the intention to present the diversified cultural, social, natural and religious richness of my country ‘India’ to the global community, through the tourism activities. Today the Company enjoys a strong and respectful position not only in the Indian hospitality industry but globally, and it is well appreciated by the partners and customers for the ethical business practices and customer centric approach we follow.

Our customers come from every corner of the world and use a wide range of travel services including tour packages, flight ticket bookings, hotel bookings, cruises, luxury trains and many other travel offerings we provide in India. Because of you, Max Holidays has pioneered the India tourism industry for business, all while serving over seven million global travellers who reached out to us for travel consultation in the last decade and our more than 70,000 satisfied customers who rendered our services. I have a deep appreciation for Max Holidays customers, and our mission is to help them realize their aspirations.
My entire working in the last 30 years in tourism business has been dedicated to customer satisfaction and my professional arc spans customised tour planning, discovering new verticals, travelling to lesser explored areas, and meeting the passionate travellers. Since I entered this industry, I never looked back and each of my successive roles and my 2004 startup Max Holidays has shaped my customer-centric focus. Each role and responsibility has fuelled my passion for understanding needs of travellers visiting India from different countries, bringing talent and technology in the Company to help my team achieve high end customer satisfaction. This drives me and this is why I plan on spending more time meeting with and listening to my customers and partners and quickly translating that into Max Holidays vision
