Some of the most well-known districts of the northern part of Bangladesh are Bogra, Rajshahi, Rangpur and Dinajpur. Each of these places has something unique to offer for travellers of all tastes and preferences.

Bogra, the oldest city of Bangladesh, is redolent with ancient history. Rajshahi, on the other hand, is famously known as the university town. Here, you'll come across a host of nationally significant universities, featuring British style of architecture. As you take a stroll through this town, you'll be filled with memories of the Raj Era, when the British ruled here. Rangpur is another tourist spot that's even today reminiscent of the Raj Era. It's home to the Carmichael College and Tajhat Palace.

One of the most popular tourist attractions that you'll see during your North Bengal Tour is the Paharpur Buddhist Monastery, whose history dates back to the 8th century AD. Dinajpur is another district that's worth a visit. The place is home to many sites of historical importance. If you travel 4 km northeast of central Dinajpur, you'll get to see such popular tourist attractions as the Dinajpur Rajbari, the Krishna Temple, the Kantajees Temple and the Ramsagar National Park.

Detailed itinerary

Day 01 Arrive – Dhaka

On reaching at Dhaka, meet our representative and get assisted to your hotel. After little rest we will proceed to explore the city while drive through Parliament house. Visit the Dhakeswari temple National museum, pink palace, Star mosque and Lalbahg Fort. Evening, drive back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay

Day 02 Dhaka to Bogra

Today early morning drive to Tangail village, where we will explore the local weaver’s manufactures the sarees and lungis, view the lifestyle of local villagers, and continue to our next stop Atia Mosque reflecting the mughal architecture and style. Drive to Bogra and check into your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03 Bogra to Dinajpur

After breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing of Bogra visiting Nawab Syed Abdus Sobhan Chowdhury Palace, and continue our drive to archaeological site Mahasthan one of the oldest town of Bangladesh, visiting the archaeological site museum. From here continue our drive to Dinajpur and check into your hotel. Dinner and overnight is at the hotel.

Day 04 Dinajpur to Rajshahi

Following early breakfast, visit Kantagir hindu temple in Dinajpur, and continue drive to Rajshahi en route visiting Paharpur. Visit the Paharpur Buddhist Monastery, UNESCO World Heritage Site and museum. Enjoy lunch at Paharpur, and drive to Rajshahi for your stay. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel

Day 05 Rajshahi to Dhaka

Morning visit the silk processing factory at Rajshahi and continue our drive to Dhaka, enroute visiting Puthia and Natore. Puthia is a rarely visit cultural temple city, dedicated to Shiva, Govinda, and Annika. Also, visit the Hemanta Kumari Devi Palace, built during the 19th century by Hemanta Kumari Devi. Drive to Dhaka for dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Dhaka

Day 06 Dhaka – Departure

In time transfer to the International airport to board your onward flight,

Most of our price offers are generally based on double room sharing basis. For single room stay the guest need to inform us in advance and pay single room supplement.
