If you're looking to explore ancient culture, challenge your physical stamina and rejuvenate yourself spiritually, Tibet is the place to be. Start your tour from Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Visit such famous attractions as the Durbar square, Swayambhunath and Boudhnath. After spending some time in Patan, located in the Kathmandu Valley, leave for Pokhara. While in Pokhara, bewitch yourself with the exotic beauty of snow-capped peaks, glistening lakes and gurgling rivers. Feast your eyes on the spectacular views of the Annapurna Range. Next, enjoy a wildlife safari into the Chitwan National Park which is home to the Great Indian Rhinoceros among other wildlife species. Get back to Kathmandu and give yourself some time to relax before flying to Lhasa in Tibet. Lhasa is a beautiful town, famous for the Potala Palace and the Barkhor Street. Also visit the Sera Monastery and the Drepung Monastery in Lhasa. Travel back to Kathmandu so that you can fly to Paro, a historic town located in the Paro Valley of Bhutan. After exploring numerous Buddhist sites of extreme importance in Paro and Punakha, proceed to Thimpu, capital of Bhutan. Visit the Tashichhoe Dzong, the National Textile Museum, the Folk Heritage Museum etc. Finally, reach the airport to fly back to Kathmandu so that you can get back home.

  • Day 01 : Arrive Kathmandu

    Welcome to Kathmandu the capital of Nepal. Get ready for an intoxicating dose of adventure, culture, nature and everything that you may desire in a holiday to Himalayas. Next three weeks are going to be perhaps the best of your life.

  • Day 02 : Kathmandu

    Start the guided trip of Kathmandu and visit the essential Durbar square, Swayambhunath and Boudhnath. Also visit Patan which was once the main city of Kathmandu valley.

  • Day 03 : Pokhara

    Drive to Pokhara. You will get mesmerized by its snow clad peaks, beautiful lakes and river. The beautiful lake Phewa creates an ambience of magic and peace.

  • Day 04 : Pokhara

    This morning your guide will take you to the visit the famous Pokhara city. Visit Sarangkot, offers the spectacular panorama of the entire Annapurna range. Also visit Davis Fall, the water fall directly goes into a deep and narrow canal with no ends. Enjoy boat ride on Phewa lake.

  • Day 05 : Chitwan National Park

    The journey today takes you to Chitwan, the first National Park of the Kingdom and is one of the finest National Parks in Asia. The park is famous for its variety of wildlife especially the Great Indian one Horned Rhinoceros. Afternoon enjoy jungle safari.

  • Day 06 : Kathmandu

    Spend time exploring the jungle. Relax for some time in the lap of nature and drive back to Kathmandu.

  • Day 07 : Lhasa

    Transfer to the airport for the flight to Lhasa. Arrive in Lhasa and take an orientation walk around and start acclimatizing to the altitude.

  • Day 08 : Lhasa

    Explore beautiful town of Lhasa, Visit Potala Palace - an architectural gem, Jokhang Temple – The oldest and the most religious structure in Tibet, Barkhor Street - spiritual heart of the city and main commercial districts being the center of Tibetan capital's trade for centuries.

  • Day 09 : Lhasa

    Today you are scheduled to visit important monasteries in Lhasa. The visit include Sera Monastery - hosted a huge monastic population and five colleges, Drepung Monastery - served as the residence of the Dalai Lamas until the Potala Palace and others.

  • Day 10 : Namtso Lake

    The day is the highlight of your trip when you drive the biggest lake in Tibet and the second biggest salt lake in China as well as the highest lake in the world. It is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet, playing an important role among Tibetans. The sunset and night views by the lake is so amazing that attract many photographers each year.

  • Day 11 : Lhasa

    Drive back to Lhasa. Free time to explore the local bazaars of Lhasa.

  • Day 12 : Kathmandu

    To further continue your trip to Bhutan you fly back to Kathmandu today and stay at leisure in the hotel.

  • Day 13 : Paro

    Fly to Paro and enjoy one of the most spectacular air travel in the entire Himalayas. At Paro visit the 7th century Kichu Temple by the Tibetan King Songsten Gampo. In the evening take a stroll around the Paro town.

  • Day 14 : Paro

    Today hike to Taktsang Gompa (Tiger's Nest Monastery). It was built in 1692, It is believed that Guru Rinpoche (Guru Padmasambhava) flew to this location from Khenpajong, Tibet on the back of a tigress and subdued a demon. Subsequently, the place came to be known as the 'Tiger's Nest'. Later visit Paro Dzong, a fine example of Bhutanese historic architecture.

  • Day 15 : Punakha

    Today leave for old capital of Bhutan and presently the winter residence of central monk body 'Punakha'. Later visit the Punakha Dzong, Placed strategically at the junction of the Pho Chu and Mo Chu river, the dzong was built in the 17th century by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal to serve as the religious and administrative seat of the region

  • Day 16 : Punakha

    Visit Gangtey Monastery, only Nyingmapa monastery on the western side of Bhutan and also the biggest Nyingmap monastery in the country. Also visit the Black necked crane information centre. It has an observation room equipped with high power telescope and spotting scopes for catching the best view of the cranes.

  • Day 17 : Thimphu

    After breakfast drive to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. Afternoon visit Tashichhoe Dzong, a fortress of the glorious religion. It houses the secretariat building, the throne room and the office of the king and the central monk body. In evening visit local handicraft stores.

  • Day 18 : Thimphu

    Today you can visit National Textile Museum - a good place to see the art of traditional weaving being kept alive, The Folk Heritage Museum - gives an insight into rural life in Bhutan & The School of Traditional Painting of Arts and Crafts where students undertake a six-year course on the 13 traditional arts and crafts of Bhutan.

  • Day 19 : Kathmandu

    Morning transfer to airport to board flight to Kathmandu.

  • Day 20 : Depart Kathmandu

    Your most amazing adventure in Himalayas end with happy memories and you fly to your onward destination from Kathmandu airport.
