Muktinath Tour Package by Helicopter From Kathmandu

Both Hindus and Buddhists hold Muktinath in high regard as a sacred site

It is 3800 metres in the Muktinath Valley of Lower Mustang, Nepal, at the foot of the Thorong La mountain pass. The sacred site is known as Mukti Kshetra, Hindu, for the "place of salvation." Buddhists are the main worshippers at the shrine, which has a significant Sri Vaishnava origin. This sanctuary is listed as the 105th out of the 108 Divya Desam that are formally reachable. Before Buddhism arrived, this area was known as Thiru Saligramam. The Saligrama sila, considered Sriman Narayana's naturally occurring shape, is situated here (The Hindu Godhead). The central temple of Sri Muktinath, which dominates among 108 Hindu Sri Vaishnava Divyadesam, is one of the eight most sacred shrines for Hindu Vaishnavas, known as Svayam Vyakta Ksetras. The other seven shrines are Badrinath, Pushkar, Totadri, Naimisharanya, Srirangam, Srimushnam, Tirupati, and Naimisharanya. The prakaram circulates water through 108 bull faces (outer courtyard). The temperature is below zero. It is considered one of the most important places for pilgrimage by Hindus, Buddhists, and Vaishnavas.

Itinerary

  • Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu

Welcome to Nepal, the Himalayan nation. Your Muktinath tour by Helicopter will start with being welcomed at the airport and driven to your lodging. We will brief you about your Muktinath helicopter tour from Pokhara. This is the time to inquire and get answers to any questions you have regarding your trip. After receiving Aarati Darshan at Pashupatinath Shrine that evening, you will return to your hotel.

  • Day 02: Muktinath by Charter Helicopter

Travel to a local airport. It takes an hour for the Muktinath Helicopter tour. A short ascent is required to access the Temple after landing. For all spiritual people in the south Asian subcontinent, Muktinath, the god of Salvation, has immense significance. One such sacred place is Muktinath (the giver of salvation). Thousands of followers congregate to achieve the desired moksha and take a holy bath on its 108 waterspouts, known as the "Muktidhara." Mukti Kunda's Sacred Bath & (2 Kunda in front of the Temple), Hindu followers bathe in the chilly water of the 108 streams known as Muktidhara and Mukti Kunda in the hopes that it will grant them salvation. Visit the Muktinath Temple, receive Darshan, and then return to Ranipauwa, where a waiting helicopter will take us back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, return to a hotel, rest, sleep, or do whatever you like. Spend the night in the hotel.

  • Day 03: Kathmandu Sightseeing

The fascinating journey of Kathmandu begins here.  Try to give them a complete taste of our culture, history, and local people while being escorted by an English-speaking guide (we can provide any language-speaking guide upon your request). We will visit Pashupatinath Temple, Jaal Narayan (Budhanilkantha), Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), and Kathmandu Durbar Square during our sightseeing which you will enjoy during our Muktinath tour by Helicopter.

Pashupatinath Temple: This is one of the most revered Shiva temples on the Indian subcontinent and the holiest Hindu shrine in Nepal. The Shiva linga held in the site's primary temple gives it unparalleled holiness. It captures the essence of Hinduism as devotees, priests, pilgrims, temples, ashrams, statues, inscribed texts, cremation ghats, and everyday rituals coexist alongside the banks of the revered Bagmati River. The temple's history is hazy. There is an inscription from 477 AD here, but the shrine may have been there for a thousand years before that.

Jaal Narayan (Budhanilkantha): At the Shivapuri foothills, in Jaal Narayan, also known as Budhanilkatha, 12 km north of Kathmandu, is the largest Vishnu, who is depicted as reclining on a coiling, five-headed serpent. For Vaisnavas, Lord Vishnu, Lord Shiva, and Buddhists, respectively, Jalasaya Narayan is Lord Buddha. These magnificent Lichhavi sculptures trace back about 1500 years.

Swayambhunath Stupa: This magnificent shrine is located just outside of Kathmandu, 6.5 kilometres to the west. Who constructed it is a mystery. Many people think it was built by the Lichavis, while others think Asoka, the third-century ruler, had already been there. A huge Stupa, numerous shrines and temples, a Tibetan monastery, a museum, and a library are all part of the Swayambhunath compound. There are two ways to enter this site: a long staircase that is said to have 365 steps and runs from the top of the hill to the east straight to the temple's main platform, and a car road that surrounds the hill from the south and leads to the southwest entrance. The Vajra is the first thing you see when you reach the stairs' peak.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: The top tourism destination in Kathmandu is bustling with activity. Most of the square's 50+ statues are from the era of the Malla Kings, although a few are from the 12th century. The Kumari Bahal, a lavishly decorated structure with exquisite wood carvings and the residence of the Royal Kumari, the Living Goddess and a manifestation of the great goddess Durga, is arguably the most well-known structure in this area. The 17th-century stone inscription written in 15 different languages and embedded into the stone wall is an intriguing feature. The city's social, religious, and civic centre is Durbar square, which is preserved as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Inside the royal structure, there are also museums. For foreign tourists, there is an entrance fee of 250 Rupees. Leisurely evening and hotel stay the following day.

Just go the opportunity to go Muktinath Temple. It is a beautiful and peaceful place. Mountains surround the temple, and the views are stunning. The temple is also well-maintained, and the staff of Max Holidays, which scheduled our trip were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting Muktinath Temple if you are in Nepal.  Also i would advise to contact Max Holidays to plan your trip, they have been the best travel company so far.
