After completing the immigration formalities at Hilsa, step into Tibet and drive to Taklakot. Get some time to acclimatize yourself in the high-altitude area of Taklakot. Then, get ready for driving to the Mansarovar Lake. At the Mansarovar Lake, take a holy dip and have a unique spiritual experience. This is one of those places where you'll feel the divine presence. Soak up the glorious views of the grand Mount Kailash. Drive to Hilsa again and enter Nepal to enjoy some moderate trekking. Finally, reach Nepalgunj to fly to Lucknow so that you can continue your onward journey or travel back home.

Wake up early morning and then get ready for a drive towards Nepalgunj Airport. From there, board a scheduled flight to reach Simikot.
Arrive at Simikot and then board a helicopter to reach Hilsa. Later, you would have to indulge in a short trek till you reach Sher. Complete the custom formalities there, enter in Tibet and then drive in order to reach Taklakot. Stay overnight at your hotel/guesthouse/lodge in Taklakot.
Remarks : The flight operations will depend on the weather conditions and just in case, there will be any delay in flights then your group can stay for an overnight at Simikot/Hilsa.
Today, you are free to spend the whole day leisurely. Start your day with a tasty breakfast and then you can acclimatize your body with the high altitude of Taklakot. Apart from that, you shall also be a part of a short trek to vicinity organized by our team. Overnight stay as well as dinner at your guesthouse.
This day is a very fascinating one, since you are going to have the glimpses of Lake Manasarovar and Mount Kailash today. Wake up and then have some breakfast. On its completion, start a drive in order to reach the pious Lake Manasarovar. Enjoy some leisure time, eat dinner and then stay overnight at your accommodation near Mansarovar Lake.
Wake up and have some dips in the holy water of Lake Manasarovar. Apart from that, you can also do some Puja and other spiritual activities near this lake. Later, start your drive towards Darchen and pass through the holy gate Yam Dwar. From there you are going to have the very close glimpse of the Mount Kailash. Once done, head to Taklakot for an overnight stay at an accommodation there.
Today, wake up early morning and after enjoying some luscious breakfast, start your drive in order to arrive at Hilsa. Complete all the custom and immigration formalities there enter the side of Nepal. Walk in a short trek and finally board a chartered helicopter to arrive at Simikot. From there, fly towards Nepalgunj through a flight. Ultimately, start your drive towards Lucknow from Nepalgunj. On reaching there, drive or fly back home.

We did Kailash Yatra through max holidays this July.It was a very divine experience .As the Yatra has begun after a few years it’s difficult for everyone involved ,but sakshi was patient enough to answer our queries .After being on the tour we realised most of the things are difficult to manage in those regions including permits,visas ,food and travel itself .A special mention to our Nepali guide especially Dhan n Narayanji ..u were patient with us all through the journey.We had a lovely Darshan and a great Parikrama .Not thee perfect arrangements by max holidays but now we know better after completing it..it’s not about perfection but the joy of the journey that it was .. one to cherish lifelong .Thank you max holidays.

In Kailash Mansarovar trekking tour you will be staying in basic 3-4 star accommodation in Kathmandu and in ordinary guest houses or tents in Tibet region. The accommodation in this region is very basic and food will be pure vegetarian cooked by the Nepalese chef and his team travelling with the group to Kailash Mansarovar.
Single room accommodation can be provided only in Kathmandu whereas at other places your accommodation will be on multi sharing basis in dormitory style.
