Later take early lunch then explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ellora Caves 34 rock-cut caves are dedicated Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism and contain engravings, sculptures depicting the same. Ellora Caves are one of the finest examples of India’s Cave - temple architecture. After sightseeing of Ellora Caves give a visit to Daulatabad Fort to explore the remains of the Buddhist Caves that are similar to Ajanta and Ellora Caves. Relish your breakfast onboard and then drive to the city of Aurangabad for sightseeing. First, visit Bibi-ka-Maqbara – a tomb Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb’s son Azam Shah in the loving memory of his mother Rabid-ud-Daurani. It is a replica of Taj Mahal in Agra which was built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife. Next, visit the weaving centre that specializes in weaving of Himroo fabric. Himroo fabric features Persian designs woven using gold and silver threads. Afternoon get back to Deccan Odyssey for lunch onboard and relax for some time. Begin your day as the luxury train reaches Ramtek, here you can explore the beauty of Pench National Park. Pench National Park is well known for its exotic flora and fauna and rich in its biodiversity. The National Park and Tiger Reserve is well known for its infinite flora and fauna including rich aquatic life. Later back onboard to the luxury wheels for brunch. The next destination on the Deccan Odyssey is Tadoba.

Wake early in the morning as the Deccan Odyssey reached the Chandrapur Station. On arrival take an early morning jungle safari to Tadoba Tiger Reserve, also known as Land of Tigers. Here, you will get to witness tigers, wild dogs, leopards, sloth bears, gaurs (the Indian bison), rattles, and various species of deer, wild pigs and more. After the adventurous morning safari, savour your breakfast at the Tiger Trails lodge. Relax yourself while watching a documentary on wildlife or get to know more about wildlife while having a conversation with the local tour guide. Post lunch, back on the luxury wheels to enjoy and evening with cocktails and with a lip-smacking dinner. Now, the train move toward its next destination Jalgaon.

In the morning arrive at Jalgaon railway station and take a 55 kms drive in your deluxe coach to reach the World Heritage site of Ajanta Caves. On day 7 the trains enters into the holy city of Nasik, popular for its wine production.
