Arrive this morning at Vadodra and after breakfast drive to the historical city of Champaner founded in the 8th century by Vanraj Chavda, the most prominent king of Chavda Dynasty. On arrival visit which is composed of reddish-yellow coloured stone and is considered to be one of the oldest rock formations in India. Visit the series of beautiful historical monuments at Champaner and then proceed to Laxmi Vilas Palace for lunch.

Arrive at Bhavnagar this morning and after breakfast sit in your deluxe coach to take an excursion trip to the exquisitely carved Jain temple group of Palitana. Located 51 kms from Bhavnagar the temples are situated on a high hill which is decorated with 3500 beautiful temples.
On the top of the hill 873 temples are made of pure white marble which were started in 11th century and the construction continued for 900 years. The unique architecture and sculpture were destroyed by Muslim invasion in 14th and 15th century and were built again in 1500.

Today we have reached to ‘Sasan Gir’ which is the sole home to ‘Asiatic Lions’. Also known as Gir Forest National Park and Gir Wildlife Sanctuary this park is spread in a total area of 1412 sqkm. Take jungle trip with naturalist to enjoy the rich flora and fauna of Gir and see the Asiatic Lions in their natural habitat.

We arrive at Little Rann of Kutchh this morning which is geographically a unique landscape on the earth and is the only place on the earth to see the Asiatic Wild Ass. On arrival enjoy desert safari in an open vehicle to see the Asiatic Wild Ass and many rare birds including elegant blackbuck , blue bull and Chinkara. Later visit the beautiful villages at Rann of Kutchh to meet and interact with the locals.

Modhera is a virtually deserted hamlet of Gujarat. This much less known place is mainly known for beautiful 11th century Sun Temple and the step well Rani Ka Vav. Built by the King Bhimdev in 1026-1027 AD the Sun temple at Modhera is one of the finest architectural masterpieces of Solanki Dynasty.

On reaching Ahmedabad take a tour to famous Mahatma Gandhi Ashram at Sabarmati. Situated on the Bank of River Sabarmati this place was the residence of Mahatma Gandhi for about 12 years. Mahatma Gandhi lived here with his wife Kasturba Gandhi. From here he led the ‘Dandi March’ (Salt Satyagrah).
We will also visit Sidi Sayed Mosque, Jama Masjid and other heritage sites in the city. Later drive to Ahmedabad station to board train for dinner and night stay.
