After breakfast, we proceed for a full day sightseeing of Delhi driving through the Red Fort built in red stone by the great Shah Jahan in 16th century, visit biggest mosque in India - Jama Masjid, constructed by Shah Jahan in 1658. From here, drive to Raj Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. While in Old Delhi, we will enjoy narrow streets and bustling markets through the rickshaw ride in and around Chandni Chowk one of the oldest market areas in India. From here, we head towards the New Delhi, by visiting Humayun's tomb built by the Bega Begum, widow of Emperor Humayun. After breakfast transfer to the railway station to board Shatabadi Express train to Kalka station dep. at 0740 from Delhi and arrival Kalka station at 1200 hrs. Reach Kalka and board to the Toy train (departure at 1210 hrs. from Kalka station) for a scenic journey of the valley to Barog. Located in the hills and covered with the rhododendron, pine and oak forests, it is a favourite place of visitors all round the year. It is also known as the summer capital of Britishers. After breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing of Shimla where we will visit Gaiety Theatre one of the oldest theatres in the world. Viceregal Lodge - housing some of the most ancient articles, which will take us back to the time of British rule. Other places around Shimla like Jakhu Hill to experience some beautiful views. Chadwick Falls – a famous picnic spot, Summer Hill famous for Goddess Taradevi.
After breakfast, your first step towards the hidden Himachal and first destination is Sarahan. Enroute we visit Kufri, Fagu and Narkanda famous for scenic beauty. Sarahan is surrounded by apple orchards and opposite to the Sarahan you can witness the Shrikh and Mahadev Peak (5155M). Overnight is at hotel
Morning we will continue our drive to Sangla through the scenic beauty and green mountains. Enroute we will visit Bhimakali temple dedicated to goddess Bhimakali, look like a monastery. From here continue our drive to Sangla and check into your hotel. Sangla valley is nothing less than like a heaven. Once here, you will enjoy natural beauty at its peak.
After breakfast, we visit to the Kamru Fort and later excursion to Chitkul village located on the Tibet boarder. One can see the view kind of fairy land, like the wooden huts, green mountains, colourful flowers, chipring of birds can be heard clearly. Spend some time here, and visit the Kagyupa temple. Before evening we will return back to Sangla. Overnight is at camp at Sangla.
After breakfast, we will drive to Kalpa, enroute visiting Reckong Peo a small but populated village and the new Buddhist monastery. Continue drive towards Kalpa where you can view the Kinnaur Kailash Mountains. Once you reach Kalpa village, you can hear the evening prayer from the temples of Vishnu and Shiva. Overnight is at hotel
After breakfast, collect some fresh apples from the Kalpa to enjoy on the way, our first stop will be Tabo monastery in Spiti Valley. Tabo has the oldest caves which are used by monks to meditate. Monastery also has Thanka paintings which are the oldest and precious paintings of Buddhism religion. Overnight at camp at Tabo
After breakfast, we drive towards Kaza which is located on the high altitude. Here while driving we will visit Dhankar and Lalung Buddhist monastery.Overnight Camp at Kaza
Today proceed to an excursion to Key monastery (training center of Lamas) and Kibber village known for Pin Valley National Park. After lunch, continue drive to the highest motorable road Langza, enroute visit Komik and Hikkim village. Overnight at camps at Kaza
Today we drive long to Jispa valley over magnificent Kunzum La pass. It is a tough drive but the landscapes make your journey really adventurous. Overnight at hotel at Jispa
Following breakfast, we drive to Sarchu lies in the Leh Manali highway. One can enjoy the trekking and camping at Sarchu. Arrive and overnight stay in tents.
After breakfast drive to Leh via Lachulung La (5065 M) and Tanglangla (5360 M) - the second highest motorable pass. Leh is the capital of Ladakh and is one of the easily accessible places in Ladakh. Every year tourists get attracted to Leh due to its mountains and trekking. On arrival at Leh, check into hotel for overnight stay.
