Itinerary

  • Day 01 : Arrive Bangalore

    Arrive Bangalore International airport from your hometown or ex any other international airport in India. The representative of Max Holidays India will receive you and will escort you to your hotel where you may relax for the night.

  • Day 02 : Bangalore

    After breakfast enjoy a full day tour of the Garden city of Bangalore. Start the day with a visit to Ganesha Temple, very famous Nandi Bull Temple and palace of Tipu Sultan. Later visit Lallbagh botanical garden which was laid out by Muslim ruler Haidar Ali and the huge neo-Dravidian granite structure of Vidhan Saudha which houses the state legislative and secretariat. The Lallbagh garden also showcase a large iron and glass conservatory modelled on the lines of Crystal Palace of London.

  • Day 03 : Bangalore to Mysore

    In the morning, after breakfast we head to the beautiful city of Mysore. Enroute visit Srirangapatana which is famous for Ranganathaswami Temple built in the 9th century. Enclosed by river Kaveri, Rangapatana is located nearly 19 kms from Mysore. After visiting the temple, we proceed to Mysore and check into the hotel. In the afternoon visit the beautiful palace of Maharaja of Mysore built in Indo-Saracenic style with domes, turrets, arches and colonnades. Also visit Brindavan Garden, Chamundi Hill, Nandi Bull and St. Philomena's Church. Night stay at Mysore

  • Day 04 : Mysore to Madikeri

    About 100 kms journey from Mysore will take you to the beautiful town of Madikeri which welcomes you with shimmering green fields, majestic mountains and coffee plantation. The main attractions of Madikeri district are the Madikeri Fort, Raja’s seat, Raja’s Tomb and Abey Water Falls. After visiting the places have a relaxed day in the beautiful surroundings

  • Day 05 : Madikeri to Hassan

    We head to Hassan after breakfast. Hassan is known as the architecture capital of Karnataka state. After check in take a tour of Hassan visiting the Hasanamba Temple which opens once in a year for a week before Diwali and closes on very next day but attracts many thousands of devotees from around the country. Also visit the very important Jain centre at Shravanabelagola which lies 51 kms South-East from Hassan. The 1000 year old and 17meter high monolith of Lord Bahubali is the prime attraction of Shravanabelagola tour. Evening drive back to Hassan for stay

  • Day 06 : Belur and Helebid

    After breakfast take an excursion tour to Belur and Helebid which lies about 38 kms North-west from Hassan.

    Belur is a quaint hamlet located on the bank of river Yagachi. Belur was once the capital of Hoysala dynasty in India and is known to the travelers for its exquisite temples. The beautiful Chennakeshava temple at Belur is one of the finest examples of Hoysala architecture in Karnataka. It took about 103 years to build this temple and if you feel ‘why?’ then you can know only by seeing its architectural beauty while you visit the temple.

    Again 17 kms ahead from Belur is another beautiful town called Helebid which is also a finest example of Karnataka’s rich cultural heritage The Hoysaleswara Temple is dating back to the 12th century The walled of the beautiful temple are carved with a variety of Gods and Goddesses, dancing girls, animals and birds etc.

  • Day 07 : Hassan to Hospet

    Have a hearty breakfast in your hotel, drive to Hospet. On arrival at Hospet, short sightseeing tour and relaxed time at the hotel.

  • Day 08 : Hampi

    This morning visit Hampi, one of the UNESCO Heritage sites also known as the ‘Rome of India’ because of architectural beauty. Hampi was found in 12th century by local prince Hakka & Bukka. The city of Hampi is full of surprises which includes the place like King’s balance. King’s Balance is the place where the king was weighed against grains, money, gold etc and then it was distributed in the poor peoples. Night stay will be at Hospet.

  • Day 09 : Hospet to Badami

    After breakfast, we head to Badami enroute visit Aihole and Pattadakal. Aihole, the first capital of Chalukyas is situated along Malaprabha River, also offers temples dating back to 6th century CE. The beautiful architecture of Chalukyan era can also be experienced at Pattadakal which is a dream place for art historians. The group of 9 temples at Pattadakal are almost in single file. The uniqueness of the temples is that some of the temples represent South India’s Dravidian architecture and some of them represent North India’s Nagara style while one temple represents hybrid style

    Highlights : After visiting Aihole and Pattadakal proceed to Badami for night stay.

  • Day 10 : Badami to Belgaum

    In the morning visit Badami, the capital city of Chalukya Empire in India who ruled between 4th and 8th century. Like Aihole and Pattadakal, Badami is also a finest example of Dravidian architecture and rock cut caves. Chalukyas used Badami as their capital from 540 to 747 AD. After sightseeing tour of Badami, leave to Belgaum. On arrival at Belgaum, check into the hotel.

  • Day 11 : Belgaum to Goa

    Visit Belgaum Fort and Varapoha Falls before you proceed to the most beautiful beach destination of Goa. On arrival at Goa, check into your beautiful beach resort in North/South Goa. Rest of the time is free to relax, overnight stay in the resort.

  • Day 12 : Goa

    After breakfast take a half day tour to Old Goa. Visit the Churches and Old houses of Goa. Spend rest of the time on your own to explore the beauty of the beach or take some Ayurveda messages in / around your resort.

  • Day 13 : Goa

    Full day is for relaxation and personal activities. Stay in your beach resort.

  • Day 14 : Goa to Mumbai

    Following a leisure morning at resort, afternoon transferred to the airport to board your flight to Mumbai. You will be received at the Mumbai airport and escorted to your pre booked hotel in Mumbai.

  • Day 15 : Mumbai

    A full day tour of Mumbai city includes visit to many tourist sites of Mumbai such as Prince of Wales Museum, Dhobhi Ghat (The open air laundry), Hanging Garden, Gateway of India etc. The second half of the day is dedicated to excursion to beautiful rock cut caves of Elephanta Island. This beautiful island is accessible by one hour ferry ride from Gateway of India. A drive through beautiful and busy Marine Drive or a Tonga (horse cart) ride in the evening under the street lights will provide a beautiful view of the city along Arabian sea. Night stay will be at the hotel.

  • Day 16 : Leave Mumbai

    In time the representative of the Company will meet you in the hotel lobby to escort you to the Mumbai international airport from where you board your flight to onward destination / home.
