Itinerary

  • Day 01 : Arrival – Ahmedabad – Jambughoda

    Meeting and assistance upon arrival at Ahmedabad airport and we will drive to Jambughoda. On arrival at Jambughoda, complete the check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel.

    Later, we proceed for wildlife safari at Jambughoda wildlife sanctuary, famous for the Leopard – wild cats. Here while safari, we will also come across the species like Jackal, Sloth Bear, Four-horned antelopes, Wild Boar and Blue Bull.

  • Day 02 : Jambughoda – Chhota Udaipur – Jambughoda

    After breakfast, we drive to an excursion of Chotta Udaipur, a princely state, earlier known as Rewa Kantha founded by Rawal Udaysinhji. Once you reach, visit the surrounding colourful tribal villages. Observe the traditional lifestyle of the people, interact with the locals, taste their local renditions, etc. Back to our hotel at Jambughoda for an overnight stay.

  • Day 03 : Jambughoda - Utelia

    Have breakfast and depart by road for Utelia through Champaner, a historical city of Gujarat founder by Bhav Sinhji. A member of Varghela Rajput. This UNESCO World heritage site is dotted with several architectural monuments. Once you reach, explore its popular tourist attractions including Champaner Fort, Jama Masjid, Kalika temple etc. Reach Utelia in the evening. Complete the check-in formalities at hotel. The rest of the day is free.

  • Day 04 : Utelia - Bhavnagar

    This morning after breakfast visit Lothal, one of the important cities of Harappan civilization. Lothal is the most briefly excavated site of Harappan culture in India, and therefore allows the most insight into the story of the Indus Valley Civilization, its energetic flight, and it’s tragic decay. On arrival, explore the remains of the bustling commercial center during 2000 BCE. Later, leave for Bhavnagar, a historical city founded in 1724. On arrival, complete the check-in formalities at hotel. The evening is scheduled for a visit to the Barton Museum and shopping at the local Bazaar.

  • Day 05 : Bhavnagar – Palitana – Bhavnagar

    After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Palitana through a 56 km drive from Bhavnagar. For Jain community Palitana is a very popular sacred site and they visit here to attain nirvana. Situated on the top of the Shatrunjaya Hill, the group 863 beautifully carved temples were erected in the 11th century. Visit the temples and drive back to Bhavnagar for night stay.

  • Day 06 : Bhavnagar – Gondal

    After breakfast in the hotel depart by road for Gondal, a historical city princely state of Kathiawar Agency during Bombay presidency. Afternoon arrival at Gondal, check-in your hotel. Later leave for exploring its significant attractions including Naulakha palace- a 17th century beautifully crafted palace with stone carving and delicate balconies. Also visit the vintage car gallery of the royal family.

  • Day 07 : Gondal – Wankaner

    After leisurely breakfast in your beautiful hotel may your way to the princely town of Wankaner. Watson Museum and Rashtriya Shala are some not to be missed attractions on your way to Wankaner. The Watson Museum in Rajkot, India is a museum of human history and culture. Its collections precious objects of colonial period of India and History of Rajkot Proceed to Wankaner. On arrival, check-in at your hotel. Later, leave for sightseeing including Wankaner Palace Museum- house of the Wankaner’s royalty now changed into museum and the nearby local village. Overnight stay in Wankaner.

  • Day 08 : Wankaner – Ahmedabad – Departure

    After breakfast at the hotel depart by road to Ahmedabad. In afternoon take a city tour sightseeing of Ahmedabad. In evening, timely transfer to the Ahmedabad airport or railway station to board a flight or train to your onward destination.
