This morning after breakfast visit Lothal, one of the important cities of Harappan civilization. Lothal is the most briefly excavated site of Harappan culture in India, and therefore allows the most insight into the story of the Indus Valley Civilization, its energetic flight, and it’s tragic decay. Situated on the top of the Shatrunjaya Hill, the group 863 beautifully carved temples were erected in the 11th century. Visit the temples and drive back to Bhavnagar for night stay.
After breakfast in the hotel depart by road for Gondal, a historical city princely state of Kathiawar Agency during Bombay presidency. Afternoon arrival at Gondal, check-in your hotel. Later leave for exploring its significant attractions including Naulakha palace- a 17th century beautifully crafted palace with stone carving and delicate balconies. Also visit the vintage car gallery of the royal family.
