Day 2 : Lhasa
Enjoy full day sightseeing of Lhasa the capital city of Tibet. Visit Jokhang temple situated in the heart of old Lhasa the religious centre of Tibet , surrounding the Jokhang temple is the bustling Barkhor market. Also visit Potala Palace and Drepung monastery which was once the largest monastery in the world with about 10000 monks , Sera is a serene monastery surrounded by temples. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3: Lhasa
Day free in Lhasa to explore the scenic beauty on your own.
Day 4: Lhasa – Xigatze
Today enjoy the scenic drive from Lhasa to Xiagatze through the Northern route . Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5: Xigatze – Gyantse
Today after breakfast we will drive to Gyantse situated at an altitude of 3950 metres . Upon arrival visit Palkhor temple built in the 15th century , is situated in the west of Gyantse Town with mountains enclosing from three sides of the east, west and north. Its uniqueness is that its three sects of Buddism-Shaja, Ningma and Guolu stayed harmoniously under one roof. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6: Gyantse-Tesedang
Today drive to Tesedang. Upon arrival check in hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7: Tsedang sightseeing
In the morning, drive along and then cross over the Yarlung Tsangpo River by small ferry to visit the magnificent Samye monastery built in the late 8th century. It is the first monastery in Tibet that possessed the three essences of Buddhist monastery .In the afternoon you drive to Yarlung valley to visit Yumbulakhang, a reconstruction of Tibet's oldest palace originally established on this site by the founder of the Yarlung dynasty .Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 8 :Tsedang – Kathmandu
Today you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Kathmandu.
